What's important is not having very much money
It was a good discipline to have to think within restraints.
Lack of resources forces you to do a lot more original thinking!

Out of all the transhumanist leaders of thought, Nick Bostrom is the one I currently identify with the most.
This concept of a Singularity seems to attract a few "believers" that call themselves Singulatarians. Based on scientific evidence I understand there to be a evolutionary point soon upon us. SCIENCE people!
That's why I call myself a transhumanist instead.
The faster the rate of acceleration, and the more we invent chaotic technologies, the more our human developed cultural systems will be put to the test.
We must address the flaws in human nature before it's extinction time, because you only get one go at being extinct.
